This week I used the GTR most days to go to work. The first couple of trips ended with a flat battery. I soon found the problem, a dead alternator which I had to charge at work. Luckily I had a spare in the garage so a quick change and we were rolling again.
I have also started to prepare the Z650 now that the GTR is more or less done. Battery has been charged so next job is to check the tappet clearances and then balance the carbs.
